PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER

• Minimum 5+ years in Project Controls role (not just planning or QS) • Experience in EPC / PMC / Infrastructure projects • Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle o Planning → Execution → Monitoring → Closeout ✅ Planning • Primavera P6 (mandatory) • Baseline schedule preparation • Resource loading ✅ Cost Control • Budget vs actual tracking • Cost forecasting • Cash flow monitoring ✅ Earned Value Management (VERY IMPORTANT) • SPI / CPI calculation • Planned vs Earned vs Actual tracking ✅ Progress Monitoring • Weekly/monthly reporting • S-curves • Dashboard reporting ✅ Delay Analysis • Extension of Time (EOT) • Critical path analysis • Time impact analysis ✅ Preferred project exposure: • Metro / Rail / Airport • Infrastructure (roads, bridges, utilities) • Large buildings (hospitals, high-rise, industrial) ✅ Minimum project size: • ₹200 Cr+ (India) • OR $25M+ (International)
