• PO terms & conditions
• LD clauses
• Payment terms
• Basic contract understanding
✅ Cross-Functional Coordination
• Engineering
• Planning
• QA/QC
• Site team
✅ Procurement Planning
• Procurement schedule
• Long lead item tracking
💻 Systems & Tools Knowledge
• ERP systems: SAP / Oracle / similar
• Excel (advanced) : Procurement dashboards , Cost tracking tools
🏗 Project & Package Exposure: Candidate must have experience to handled
Materials such as :
• Steel, cement, MEP equipment
• Electrical panels, HVAC, piping
Subcontracts:
• Civil works
• MEP works
• Finishing packages
Project size:
• ₹100 Cr+ (India) OR $15M+ (International)
